Linda Hearn
Linda joined the Chamber in November 1990. She is responsible for management of the professional staff and has oversight of all Chamber programs and operations of the Chamber. She is a graduate of the Chamber Institute earning her IOM degree in 2000.Linda is a graduate of the 1993 Leadership Calhoun County and earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing at the University of Arkansas.
Kim Boyd
Kim joined the Chamber in August 2013. She is responsible for the recruitment and retention of Chamber members. She also coordinates all the Chamber monthly events including The Chamber Breakfast, Lunch & Learn, Business After Hours and Coffee with the Chamber. She also leads the development efforts of the Chamber, serving as the point of contact for the Chamber Ambassadors and leads the Chamber Partnership Program. Kim is a graduate of Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
Ashlee Jones
Ashlee joined the Chamber in November 2019. She is responsible for all marketing of the Chamber, as well as the Youth Entrepreneur Program and “In Tune with Calhoun” podcast. Ashlee is a graduate of the 2022 Leadership Calhoun County class. As a native of Piedmont, Ashlee is on their Arts & Entertainment Committee and enjoys planning events for her community. She graduated with her BFA and MPA from Jacksonville State University.
Savannah Dempsey
Savannah Dempsey joined the Chamber in May 2021. She organizes the Chamber’s annual events, including the Annual Meeting, Small Business Awards, Salute to Industry Golf Outing, PITCH, and the Business EXPO. She develops initiatives that support small businesses and showcase local industries through education, engagement, and recognition. Savannah also serves as Director of the Chamber’s Young Professionals program, focusing on engaging the next generation of leaders. She is a first-generation graduate of Jacksonville State University and a 2024 graduate of Leadership Calhoun County.
Loida Carter
Loida joined the Chamber in January of 2024. As the Customer Service Specialist, Loida welcomes all visitors/members to the Chamber and responds to general information requests about the Calhoun County Area Chamber & Visitors Center and the community.
Loida is working on a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management from Kaplan University.

A proud Calhoun County native and Jacksonville State University graduate, Cher has spent nearly two decades helping people find their place—literally and figuratively. Enthusiastic about building genuine relationships and strengthening community ties, Cher brings a warm, people-first approach to every endeavor.
